Hearty Breakfast @ Plan b. , Bangsar Village 1

I've been missing of having English breakfast for a long time! The last was at Cameron Highland's Smokehouse, albeit a tad pricey but not too bad having them at the cooling high peak *wink wink*

Finally, managed to have it on a fine Sunday with the bestie. Since we've not been to Plan b. by thebiggroup, decided to give it a try. It's always full house whenever I passed by, wonder if it's that good? Read on!

Attended by the friendly waiter and leaded us to our table but I dislike the smoking area as it's hot sitting at the alfresco area. Changed our table indoor right after some people left. Hard to get a table even it's 11am, lot's of people do early grocery shop.
We were served with plain water while waiting our dishes. Indeed a good concept that they used a lab-like bottle to fill in water and serve the customers. Bestie said she encountered the same during her recent Paris trip. Am a big time freak of hospitals or anything related with medical, luckily this is not freaking me out. :)

The big T2-fan -> Me. English Breakfast RM7

The oh-so-lovely Cappuccino! RM6

Eggs Benedict RM13 : Delicately poached eggs & grilled turkey bacon, heaped on a toasted English muffin, topped with Hollandaise.

Eggs Royale RM16 : Delicately poached eggs with smoked salmon, served on a toasted English muffin with Hollandaise. Love how my salmon was cooked, just the way I like it.

Oh what's Hollandaise? (Look at the yellow creamy thingy together with the egg). It's a sauce made of egg yolk and butter seasoned with lemon juice. A rich and buttery flavor with mild tang added by lemon juice, not too strong as to overpower mildly-flavored foods.

Isn't this too lovely to drink it up?
